Common requests

I want to delete my account

You can delete your account directly in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Details are on the account deletion page.

I want to report a user or content

Use the report option in the app on the profile, chat message, group, route, or review in question. You can also block a user so they can no longer contact you. If you cannot access the app, email us at support@ridealong-app.com with the details.

I did not get my verification email

Check your spam folder, then request a new verification email from the app. If it still does not arrive, contact us.
