By downloading, installing, or using the Ride Along mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ride Along is a social platform for motorcycle enthusiasts that allows users to:

• Track and record motorcycle rides
• Connect with other riders
• Plan and share routes
• Join riding groups and events

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us of any unauthorized access

3.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false or misleading information
• Use the App while operating a vehicle unsafely
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content that breaks our Community Guidelines is removed, and offending accounts can be suspended or deleted without notice. Every profile, message, group, route and review can be reported from inside the App, and you can block any user. See the Community Guidelines for details.

5. Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Ride Along is a supplementary tool and should never distract you from safe riding practices. Always:

• Follow all traffic laws
• Wear appropriate safety gear
• Never use the App in a way that distracts from riding
• Do not rely solely on the App for navigation

We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of this App.

6. Content Ownership

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

6.2 Our Content

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Ride Along and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIDE ALONG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
